Combine Beast Prep Camp

complete “combine” training for athletes of all sports

2-hour sessions (lifting and drill prep)

Nationally-known Coach Will Sullivan and his staff have trained countless All-Americans, and dozens of NFL and MLB 1st-round draft picks. Their combine training has consistently produced some of the top NFL combine performers. Our techniques and regimented drill progression has allowed athletes to perform at their highest level when it matters most. Athletes will be evaluated and prepared to excel in the rigorous drills of a high school or college combine.


Baseball Speed Camp (Ultimate Speed Program)

high school & junior high only
2x week (20 weeks)

PHASE 1(Baseball Acceleration Camp): This program will not only improve linear sprinting mechanics but also increase the ability to accelerate in the first thirty to forty feet. Athletes will learn how to run effectively with proven bio-mechanical techniques and develop the ability to recruit fast-twitch muscle fiber for dramatic acceleration improvements. (8 weeks)

PHASE 2(Baseball Elite Agility Camp): Multi-directional speed training is something that is rarely utilized during the off-season yet all sports play in a 3-dimensional plane of motion. Our mission with our Elite Agility Camp is to transform athletes so that their overall speed translates to their on the field movement patterns. We also teach deceleration techniques for injury prevention and to improve the athlete’s ability to change direction at a higher tempo. (6 weeks)

PHASE 3 (Baseball Quickness & Power Camp): The ability to react and change direction is vital for an athlete. Athletes will increase their ability to react and change direction with substantial power. We offer world-class quickness drills and exercises that are proven to transform your overall footwork and power output. (6 weeks)


Youth Future Camp

Our Future camp for the youth is one of the best in the country at providing an atmosphere that allows a young athlete to attain athletic success. This program develops the necessary foundation of skill needed for an athlete’s fundamentals in all sports activities. Through plyometrics, agility, speed development and a variety of creative and competitive drills, athletes will become better equipped to perform at a higher level in their respective sport.
