Basketball “Vert”Camp

junior high and high school
1x week (12 weeks)

The ability to elevate is important in every aspect of basketball. The Sullivan Proformance Basketball “Vert” Training Camp will help you in your goals to defend the big shot, crash the boards, and most importantly play above the rim. Proven strength and plyometric training will increase your core strength and vertical ability as well as your agility and speed, and that will have you playing above your previous skill level. Focusing on your jumping ability will translate to improvements in many aspects of your basketball skills.


Basketball Speed Camp

high school & junior high only
2x week (12 weeks)

You want to be noticed when you are driving the lane, going baseline to baseline, and guarding your opponent. The Sullivan Proformance Basketball speed camp will teach you proper sprint mechanics, acceleration/deceleration techniques, and place a focus on footwork. Being taught linear and multi-directional speed techniques will have you creating space, getting to the loose ball first, and locking down your opponent on defense. Proven biomechanical techniques will develop your ability to recruit fast-twitch muscle fiber for dramatic acceleration improvements.


Basketball Combine Camp

high school and junior high only
3x week (12 weeks)

The best basketball players have a fully developed range of skills. Our Basketball combine camp will guide you to being able to impress the recruiters and gain their attention. Preparation is important for any athlete, and our combine camp will have you ready to display the necessary talents that will have the scouts taking notice. Speed, agility, and strength drills will be used to prepare you for your future basketball combine testing.


Youth Future Camp

Our Future camp for the youth is one of the best in the country at providing an atmosphere that allows a young athlete to attain athletic success. This program develops the necessary foundation of skill needed for an athlete’s fundamentals in all sports activities. Through plyometrics, agility, speed development and a variety of creative and competitive drills, athletes will become better equipped to perform at a higher level in their respective sport.
