Football Acceleration Camp (Phase 1)

Athletes: Junior High & High School
Date: November 22, 2011 - January 12, 2012 (8 weeks)
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Fee: $400

This program will not only improve linear sprinting mechanics but also increase the ability to accelerate in the first ten to twenty yards. Athletes will learn how to run effectively with proven bio-mechanical techniques and develop the ability to recruit fast-twitch muscle fiber for dramatic acceleration improvements.


Combine Beast Prep Camp
(Football, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse)

Athletes: 8th grade and up - All Sports
Dates: December 7, 2011 - February 25, 2012 (12-weeks)
2-Hour Sessions (Lifting and Drill Prep)
Days/Times: Wednesday & Friday 4:30pm - 6:30pm;
Saturday 9am - 11am
Fee: 6 weeks - $540;  12 weeks - $1080


40 & 60 Yard Dash Training

Days/Times: Wednesday 4:30pm - 6:30pm;  Saturday 9am - 11am

Nationally-known Coach Will Sullivan and his staff have trained countless All-Americans, and dozens of NFL and MLB 1st-round draft picks. Their combine training has consistently produced some of the top NFL combine performers. Our techniques and regimented drill progression has allowed athletes to perform at their highest level when it matters most. Athletes will be evaluated and prepared to excel in the rigorous drills of a high school or college combine.


Football Elite Agility Camp

Athletes: Junior High & High School
Dates: January 17, 2012 - February 23, 2012 (6 weeks)
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Multi-directional speed training is something that is rarely utilized during the off-season yet all sports play in a 3-dimensional plane of motion. Our mission with our Elite Agility Camp is to transform athletes so that their overall speed translates to their on the field movement patterns. We also teach deceleration techniques for injury prevention and to improve the athlete’s ability to change direction at a higher tempo.


Football Power & Quickness Camp

Athletes: Junior High & High School
Dates: February 28, 2012 - April 5, 2012 (6 weeks)
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

The ability to react and change direction is vital for an athlete. Athletes will increase their ability to react and change direction with substantial power. We offer world-class quickness drills and exercises that are proven to transform your overall footwork and power output.

ShutDownU is nationally known as the premier defensive back training camp in the country. This camp has produced the best defensive backs on “every level”. Developing numerous NFL All-Pros, Collegiate All-Americans and High School All-Stars. Athletes are evaluated, taught how to study opponents and given a “high-level”technique program that challenges even the best in the NFL. All defensive backs are required to bring in their personal film, notebook and plenty of questions. This camp is only offered to high school football players. This program is guaranteed to take your game to the next level. Semi-Private and Private training are encouraged for all NFL, College and lower level football players.


Soccer Agility and Quickness Camp

Dates: March 5, 2012 - May 23, 2012 (12 weeks)
Days: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Fee: 6 weeks - $300;  12 weeks - $600

Quick feet, fast reaction time, and agility without the loss of speed, balance, and strength are crucial in the game of soccer. Sullivan Proformance’s soccer agility and quickness camp will help every soccer athlete to develop the skills needed to perform at an elite level on the playing field.


Basketball “Vert” Camp

The ability to elevate and explode on the court is vital in the game of basketball. Sullivan Proformance’s Vert camp will help develop that explosiveness you need to improve your explosive jumping ability on the court and crush your competition.

A volleyball player’s vertical is constantly assessed, whether it be at try-outs or during a practice; having a strong, high vertical is imperative for a volleyball player. This camp dedicates an hour, once a week, to improving your athlete’s vertical jump.. The Volleyball “Vert” camp is guaranteed to increase your volleyball player’s vertical jumping ability
